Our experienced team, with over 90 years of combined construction experience, focuses on the production of durable, low maintenance, energy efficient concrete materials which are ideal for your new construction, retrofit, and renovation projects. All of our products are “wet” cast and reinforced with rebar for material integrity.

Products that reduce costs and improve quality

GPS constantly seeks out new materials to reduce costs while maintaining a high standard of quality in our concrete products. For example, GPS developed an Insulated Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (IGFRC), also referred to as Cast Stone Coat*. This Lightweight trim only weighs five pounds per square foot, uses an adhesive and mechanical fastener installation, and lowers the structural steel requirements for building exteriors. The Lightweight trim is an ideal solution for trim profiles. It has a high compressive strength, and high flex and tensile strengths. Installation of the trim profiles and panels don’t require any heavy lifting equipment, scaffolding, and reduces manpower.

The many ways that our model makers produce their forms is one of the most intriguing aspects of our production. Model making is by no means standardized. Today, our design team uses laser cutters and other high-tech solutions to produce prototypes which help our model makers create more accurate furnishings in less time. Our designers can work with any custom design and have the ability to produce the most difficult drawing into a concrete masterpiece.
